This six-month experience brings together a small cohort of higher education leaders for a blended experience of monthly group sessions and one-on-one coaching.

These are not passive sessions.
No lectures. No talking heads.

Instead, expect dynamic, engaging conversations that push your thinking, challenge assumptions, and help you apply leadership concepts directly to your day-to-day work.
